All Fairypants orders are packaged up beautifully, and sent out to you asap!
We use Royal Mail, and post everything First Class! Orders are posted daily, and should be with you within a couple of days.
If you are looking to get something before a deadline, please email before placing your order so we can give you an approximate delivery date!
Returns
After purchasing your lovely items, you have the usual 28 days to get back to us for a refund or exchange.
Fairypants returns policy is a full or partial refund if a customer is disatisfied. However, we are unable to return custom orders unless they are faulty, and no returns on earrings or ued cosmetics for hygiene reasons.
Fairypants reserves the right to deny repeat replacements to customers. If an item you are unsatisfied with has been replaced by us more than once, we reserve the right to stop offering replacements.
All items are handmade and therfore delicate, so repeated complaints of breakages once items have been worn by you will be treated on an individual basis.
