After purchasing your lovely items, you have the usual 28 days to get back to us for a refund or exchange. Fairypants returns policy is a full or partial refund if a customer is disatisfied. However, we are unable to return custom orders unless they are faulty, and no returns on earrings or ued cosmetics for hygiene reasons. Fairypants reserves the right to deny repeat replacements to customers. If an item you are unsatisfied with has been replaced by us more than once, we reserve the right to stop offering replacements. All items are handmade and therfore delicate, so repeated complaints of breakages once items have been worn by you will be treated on an individual basis.

    Perfumes Parma Violet Perfume £15.99

    Parma Violet is a soft, powdery floral scent. This fragrance opens with green violet leaf and violet flower, followed by a heart of parma violets, warm rose and freesia all descending onto base notes of powdery violet and iris.

    This is a favourite- testers thought it smelled exactly like Parma Violets, and thought it would suit anyone, even if they don’t usually like floral scents.
